Plastic extruders carry on the process of plastic extrusions. In the process, raw plastic material is melted at very high temperature and shaped into a product. This process can be completed in one step and we can make products by combining many pieces. This extrusion is very sensitive process and requires very high but specific temperature i.e. 400 F to more than 500 F. Temperature is very important in this process as high temperature can destroy the polymers of plastic and at low temperature plastic will not melt.
